I have worked with Olivia for many years. She is an exceptional case manager who I would highly recommend. She puts the clients and their family’s needs at the heart of her interventions and she will do her utmost to ensure the MDT work seamlessly with them to achieve their goals. As an occupational therapist I particularly appreciate her sense of team and she fosters a brilliant team approach with whomever she is working. She is incredibly supportive to the professionals and support staff she is working with, and she will always face difficult situations with clients with enthusiasm and a passion for her role.
